Areas of Practice
Marilyn works in the areas of Family and Defacto Law, including divorce, property settlements, custody and visitation for children’s matters, pre-nuptial agreements and binding financial agreements, before, during and at the end of a relationship.
Marilyn has in excess of 30 plus years working in the Law, in the areas of commercial property, off the plan developments and subdivisions, body corporate issues, probate, conveyancing, general law and family law.
More recently, Marilyn has been devoting her time exclusively to the practice of family law, an area about which she feels particularly passionate. She is willing to go that extra mile to assist our clients to achieve their goals, but tends to adopt a more collaborative approach to property negotiations, endeavouring to attain settlements which have the net result of retaining more of the asset pool for both parties.
